The fee is determined based on the Language and the country the tutor is residing in. For example; Mexico has a very low cost of living, we offer Spanish lessons as low as $9.99/lesson if the tutor is from Mexico. In Japan, the cost of living is much higher, our tutoring fee ranges from $25.99 -$27.99 depending on the value of the currency
Our goal is to help you learn a language and provide services at the most affordable rate. Simply submit a price that you think is fair, and we will do our best to match the price or get as close as possible to it.
Once you decide to move forward. A customer service representative would schedule your first lesson and then send you an invoice via Square or PayPal for 4 weeks of lessons. There are 3 ways to track your lessons. You can have the tutor give you an update of how many lessons that you’ve taken on a regular basis. Either a customer service representative or the tutor can send you a weekly update. You can call or email Language Mingle anytime if you ever need an update.
The only way we recommend that you give a tutor a tip is through the invoice that you receive from Language Mingle. The tutor will receive the full amount of your tip.

The fee per page depends on the language that the document is being translated to. The fee per page varies from $24.99-$49.99.
We have professional translators in their native countries. Some countries have a very low cost of living, and others have the opposite. We want to be fair to you by providing you a fee that is relevant to the service that we are providing you.

We have a 12-hour cancellation notice policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, a minimum of 12-hour notice is required or else it will be counted as a missed lesson.
Yes, you can. You can pause your lessons for up to one month.
If for any reasons you are not happy with the lessons, we will connect you with another Tutor to continue the lessons. After connecting with a new Tutor, a minimum of two lessons must be taken with the new Tutor. If you are still not happy, you will refunded the remaining balance, excluding any transaction fee.
You have 48 hours to get a full refund after you make a payment excluding any transaction fee.

We send our clients a calendar invite via email for each tutoring appointment.

If you are already a client, we recommend that you schedule your lessons with the tutor at the end of each lesson. For each lesson the tutor will generate a calendar invite for your appointment.

We have never experienced this, but if for any reasons the tutor cannot make a lesson. You will be notified, and the lesson would be rescheduled at no charge to you.
